Hi my name is Brandon. I will tell you about the gray wolf. The gray wolf is the largest wild members of the dog family. The gray wolf lives in Northern Hemisphere except for tropical forest. The gray wolf lives up to 13 years of life span. The gray wolves weight is 40 to 175 pounds. Gray wolves body length is 40 to 58 inches.
Gray wolves zoo diet is kibble dog food,chicks,mice,hard-boiled eggs,and o bones. Gray wolves natural diet is elk,carrion,deer,beavers,hares,and other small animals. Gray wolves have bushy tails,legs longer than coyotes,and even oversized paws. Adult gray wolves have 42 teeth, compared to 32 teeth for adult humans. Gray wolves paws are as big as much larger dogs. The zoo's 60-pound gray wolves have the same paw size as 100-pound domestic dogs.
